The Best Green Juice Without A Juicer



"This green juice taste better than the shots that I buy at the grocery store."

A few days ago, a friend of mine posted a picture of her drinking green juice. So I swiped up the story on instagram and wanted to learn more. She said that she has been drinking it everyday and has been having more energy, feeling great, and joint pain stopped. I had to learn more. So I have done some research and wanted to share with you. It truly is my newest obsession.


The Best Green Juice Without A Juicer



Ingredients List

  • 3 ribs Celery

  • 2 cups Spinach

  • ⅓ Apple (large apple of your choosing)

  • 1 inch Ginger

  • 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice

  • 2 Tablespoons Filtered Water (may need more)

Directions

  1. Take out the juicer, food processor, or blender.

  2. Gather all ingredients.

  • Celery- It may lower inflammation, flush toxins from your body, It may reduce bloating and UTIs.

  • Spinach- A powerful antioxidant and can help support your body's natural detoxification pathways. The darker the green vegetable, the more chlorophyll it contains. Spinach is high in carotenoids and phytonutrients.

  • Apple- Is high in fiber, contains antioxidants, and lowers risk of heart disease and diabetes.

  • Ginger- Aids in better digestion, immunity boost, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, healthy skin, improves weight loss, improves brain function (fight depression and anxiety), prevents cardiovascular disease.

  • Lemon- High in vitamin C, can lower cholesterol, control weight, and improve digestive health.

  • Filtered Water- I use cold water from my Brita Water Filter. It is important not to add too much water, we don’t want to dilute the juice too much.



3. Chop up all of your ingredients. Two inch pieces of celery and one inch chunks of apple. Peel the ginger. Keep the spinach whole, there is no need to chop. You can keep the spinach whole.

4. Add everything to your juicer, food processor, or blender and BLEND.

5. Strain the juice or use a cheese cloth. Do this 2 x to ensure a smooth juice. *If you have a juicer, you can omit this step.

6. Pour this juice into a glass mason jar or glass bottle. Juice will keep fresh for 3 days in the refrigerator.






Take a shot or a double shot of this green juice every morning. Drinking green juice first thing in the morning will balance the PH in your stomach and give you an energy boost.

Variations
