How to Manifest: 5 Non-negotiable Steps to Start Using Manifestation Today

If you ever thought to yourself, I want more control over my life, but I am not sure how to so it, then this is for you.

About 8 years ago, I kept saying to myself that I wanted to go to Japan. I thought about what I would see when I was there. I thought about the food I would eat, and the culture I would experience. I even created a vision board with all of my personal desires.

About 6 months after my vision board was made, I was shown an opportunity of a lifetime. I partnered with a travel agent that specializes in trips to Asia, and curated the most epic trip to Tokyo, Japan.

Quantum jumping theory states that when we achieve our manifestation, what we’re actually doing is jumping from our current reality (where we don’t have our manifestation) to the reality where we do have our manifestation!

Here are my 5 non-negotiable steps to start manifesting today.

Step #1 - Know what you want.

If you don't know what you want, how is the universe supposed to?

Do you remember that part in Alice and Wonderland where the Cheshire Cat asked Alice where she was going? Alice asked the cat, which way she should go. The Cheshire Cat said, that depends on where you are going. Then, Alice told the cat she doesn't know where she is going. The Cheshire Cat said to her, "Then it doesn’t matter which way you go.”

Step #2 -  Know that it’s done.

The energy you are, the work is done. You have to hold yourself in high frequency.  This includes, being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. That means, being present with yourself, remembering who the f*** you are, and remembering why you started on this journey.

I literally felt it in my bones, and I just knew I would one day visit Japan.

Step #3 - Don't try to figure out the how

Distraction is awesome. Worry is an ego thing. The Subconcious Servant says,“I know there’s nothing I can do about this, but so it doesn’t look like I’m doing nothing, or I’m irresponsible, I’m going to worry. This way people know I’m responsible.” Go do whatever you can that feels most exciting to you in the moment. Or take a nap.

To get to where you want to go or to get something you have never had, you have to do something you have never done before.

Step #4 - Know there’s only now.

We can't change what happened yesterday and we can't predict tomorrow. We only have the present moment, now. Eckhart Tolle explains what he means by the “power of now” and how tapping into the underlying consciousness of the universe is a way we can experience that power. Step #5 - Relaxation is key

Ask yourself this: what is the absolute worst that could happen to me if this doesn’t come through?

Allow your mind to keep rattling off scenarios. At some point, you’re going to realize that you will be okay if this manifestation doesn't happen. Life has a funny way of talking to us. Rejection or not getting your manifestation is not failure, it is redirection. The universe is always conspiring to give you what you desire.
